Wilding Women

A day off grid and away from the grind to reflect, reintegrate and reorient.

Hampstead Heath, London

Friday 25 September 2025  9:30 till 14:00

We invite you to join us for a 4.5hr (half day, before travel) group workshop in nature.

This is an invitation for working women to get away from it all – abscond – for the day, find calm, simplicity and clarity.

For women who can’t see the wood for the trees, who need quiet to rebalance the noise and chaos of everyday work, or who are restless and ready to make an important shift or transition in their career or life.

What to Expect

Carefully curated and held by a yoga teacher, nutritional therapist and accredited coaches, this retreat weaves together yoga and somatic coaching practice, the power of the natural environment, and the kind of powerful thinking that only happens when women connect and work together.

No technology, no indoor confines, no performance demands. Just our wandering minds and bodies, and the space and invitation to explore and go deeper into ourselves and into nature.

This is not simply a woo-woo, wellbeing day! It is carefully structured to give busy working women time to think meaningfully and focus on their mental and physical health, and on where they’re heading in their work, careers and lives.

What to bring

  • Yourself, as you are, not as you think you should be
  • A nutritious packed lunch – optional nutritional briefing available

  • A ‘tick’ in the self-actualisation leadership skill box – a work/life recalibration and values-realignment

Who is this for?

Women who lead — teams, organisations, families, communities or themselves.

Women who recognise (or sense) that they are at a turning point: a career crossroads, a shift in identity or phase; who are hearing a calling or opportunity that feels both enticing and daunting.

Whether you are self-employed or a senior leader in a large firm, whether you are carrying a heavy load and navigating change and adversity, or simply someone who hasn’t had space to think in too long — come into the woods and wild with us. We’ve got your back and we’ll show you the path.
