1. Our Commitment
She Has No Limits is a career coaching and personal development community for women who are determined to design the careers they deserve.
We believe that inclusion is not an add-on — it is foundational to everything we do. Women’s experiences of work and life are shaped by far more than gender alone. Race, ethnicity, disability, class and socioeconomic background, age, faith and belief, sexuality, gender identity, neurodiversity, caring responsibilities, immigration status, education, and many other factors intersect to create very different realities, barriers, and starting points for growth and success.
This policy sets out our commitment to building a community that is genuinely accessible, welcoming, and equitable — not just in principle, but in practice.
2. Who We Are For
She Has No Limits is designed for women, including trans women and non-binary or gender-diverse people whose lived or professional experiences connect to the purpose of this women-centred community, and who are looking for support, sisterhood, advice, skills development, coaching, mentoring, inspiration and community.
We recognise that ‘women’ is not a monolithic category. Our community includes and actively welcomes:
- Black, Asian, mixed-heritage, and all women of colour
- Disabled women and women with long-term health conditions
- Trans women and non-binary people who feel at home and want to belong in women-centred spaces
- Working-class women and women from lower socioeconomic backgrounds
- Women of all faiths, beliefs, and none
- LGBTQ+ women
- Neurodivergent women
- Women at all career stages — from those just starting out to those returning after a break or transitioning sectors
- Women with caring responsibilities, including parents, carers, and sandwich carers
- Women from migrant and refugee backgrounds
- Older women and younger women
We aim to ensure that women who face multiple, overlapping barriers to career progression feel especially seen and supported within our community, not as an afterthought, but as central to our purpose.

3. Specific Spaces and Programmes
She Has No Limits offers a range of community spaces, events, coaching conversations, mentoring opportunities, skills development, empowerment programmes and leadership development experiences.
Some spaces are open community spaces. Others are structured programmes or paid services with their own eligibility, access, or participation criteria. We aim to be clear about who each space, event, or programme is designed for so that no one has to guess whether they belong.
Unless stated otherwise, She Has No Limits community spaces are designed for all women, including trans women. Where a particular event, programme, or opportunity has a different participation model, this will be made clear in the relevant description.
If you have questions about whether a particular space, event, or programme is right for you, please contact us before registering. We will always respond clearly and respectfully.
4. Our Approach to Intersectionality
We work from an intersectional framework. This means we understand that discrimination and disadvantage rarely operate along a single axis. A woman may experience both racism and sexism simultaneously. A disabled woman may also face class-based barriers. A woman of faith may also be navigating homophobia. These experiences do not simply add up — they interact in complex ways.
Intersectionality shapes how we design our programmes, who we invite into leadership and facilitation roles, which voices we amplify, and how we listen when things go wrong.
5. Access and Participation
We are committed to making She Has No Limits as accessible as possible. We will:
- Offer a range of free, subsidised, and paid participation options wherever possible, so that cost is not a barrier
- Provide digital and in-person options to accommodate different access needs and circumstances
- We aim to make our online spaces and materials accessible, using WCAG 2.1 AA as a guiding standard wherever reasonably practicable.
- Offer content in accessible formats on request, including large print, plain text, and captioned video
- Provide information about venue accessibility for in-person events
- Allow for flexible participation — recognising that caring responsibilities, fluctuating health conditions, shift work, and other constraints mean that not everyone can show up in the same way
- Avoid scheduling events exclusively at times that exclude those with caring responsibilities or non-standard working pattern
If you have a specific access requirement not covered here, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you and we will always respond with respect.

6. Representation and Leadership
Inclusion is not only about who is allowed into a space — it is about whose voices shape that space. We are committed to:
- Actively seeking out and platforming coaches, mentors, speakers, and facilitators from a wide range of backgrounds
- Ensuring that women of colour, disabled women, and other underrepresented groups are not only invited in as participants but hold leadership, facilitation, and decision-making roles
- Avoiding tokenism by building genuine, sustained relationships with diverse communities rather than one-off representation
- Reviewing our own team, partnerships, and supplier relationships through an inclusion lens
7. Language and Communication
We are committed to using language that is respectful, accurate, and accessible. We will:
- Use plain English wherever possible, avoiding jargon
- Respect people’s names, pronouns, and the language they use about themselves
- Avoid making assumptions about people’s backgrounds, identities, family structures, or experiences
- Regularly review our communications to ensure they reflect the diversity of our community
We recognise that language evolves, and we actively seek and welcome respectful feedback if our language causes harm or excludes.
8. Our Community Standards
We ask everyone who participates in She Has No Limits spaces to help create an environment of respect, encouragement, confidentiality, generosity and care.
The following behaviours are not acceptable in our spaces:
- Racism, including casual or so-called ‘everyday’ racism
- Transphobia, harassment, hostility, or behaviour that invalidates or demeans trans women
- Ableism, including assumptions about what disabled people can or cannot do
- Homophobia, biphobia, or other forms of LGBTQ+ discrimination
- Classism or condescension towards women from working-class or lower-income backgrounds
- Ageism directed at women of any age
- Discrimination or dismissiveness on the grounds of faith, belief, or none
- Harassment, hostility, or behaviour intended to diminish the confidence or participation of others
- Hard selling, self-promotion, or the exploitation of community relationships for commercial gain without consent
- Sharing others’ disclosures, stories, or personal information outside the space without permission
She Has No Limits operates as a women-centred space. We ask all participants to respect and uphold this.
9. Reporting and Response
If you experience or witness behaviour that falls short of our community standards, we want to hear from you. We will:
- Take all reports seriously and respond promptly
- Maintain confidentiality wherever possible and appropriate
- Act fairly and without bias towards either party
- Follow a fair and proportionate process for reviewing concerns and deciding what response is appropriate
- Where necessary, remove individuals from communit
We recognise that reporting can feel difficult, particularly where there are power dynamics involved. We will make every effort to ensure the process feels safe, fair, and supportive.
